We are a group of plant-based snack enthusiasts and professionals who have created something delicious, but healthy at the same time. We have created specific wet, oil-free roasting technology of legumes/pulses. This results in a product that can be used far beyond the snacks, e.g. an ingredient in the food industry because significantly improves the functional properties of legumes/pulses.
